You must first grind the grains.
Add 2 tablespoons of coffee to the pot per 180 ml of water.
Pour hot water, not quite boiling, into the pot.
Reinsert the plunger into the pot, stopping just above the water and the ground coffee and let stand for 3-4 minutes.
Press the plunger down slowly and you are ready to drink a delicious cup of Evok´s coffee.
